If you are unsure of your password, there is a three step process for resetting it.
- Please follow this Forgot your Password? link and enter the e-mail address we have on record for your subscription. You will be sent a link to and verification code to enable the password reset.
- Follow the link in the password reset e-mail you have been sent. You will be taken to a form which asks for your Username and the Verification Code from the e-mail. In most cases the Verification Code will already be inserted. It is important you enter the correct Username at this point - many people mistakenly enter their e-mail address - and as the system is case-sensitive, if your Username is "Joe Bloggs" then entering "joe bloggs" or "JoeBloggs" will result in the reset failing.
- Once you have successfully entered your Username and the Verification Code, you will be invited to create a new password.
